About the Museum
The Canadian Museum of Nature is also known as “the castle”. Recently, it underwent renovation only to look even better. New galleries that have been added include –

Operating hours
In summer (May 1st until Labor Day) the museum remains open everyday between 9am to 6 pm and on Wednesdays and Thursdays, until 8 pm in the evening.
In winter (after Labor Day), the museum remains open from Tuesday through Sunday between 9am and 5 pm.
Fees
The entry fees ranges between $6 and $25. On Thursday, you can enter the museum for free. Parking fees is $10.

You can arrange outdoor picnics, access to wheelchair, boutique, washrooms, and parking facilities.

The museum is open from 9.00 am to 5 pm in the evening. This is timing of the museum until April 30th, 2011. After Labor Day, the museum will remain open from 9.30 am to 5 pm.
Fees
Free admission is allowed on May 18th, which is International Museum Day. Also, July 1st, is a free admission day as it is Canada Day.
In case of individuals the fees range between $4 and $20. If you are visiting the museum in groups, you will have to shell out depending on the strength of the group. Generally, it ranges between $3 and $6 for individual groups and between $3.50 and $7.50 for guided tours.
