When schools are closed kids don’t hesitate to break rules. But it is best to avoid food that harms children. For instance, avoid food that contains gluten or monosodium glutamate, commonly known as MSG.

 

There are many kids who are allergic to certain types of food. Keep track of such food stuff and keep them out of the reach of children. Given below are few tips to help your children eat healthy food.

 

  • Keep nuts inside the shells. If you remove them from the shells and keep them within the reach of children, they tend to eat more.
  • Cut desserts, tarts, cakes, and pastries into pieces. Don’t keep all the pieces in front of children. Keep few of them on the serving table.
  • If you love chocolates, go for the dark chocolates.
  • Make children have as much salad as they can. The same applies to elders too.
