St Cathedral Church: This oldest church of Goa got built in the 16th century and its architectural style reflects the Portuguese –Gothic Style. It is dedicated to St Catherine of Alexandria.

Basilica of Born Jesus: This church has been constructed with the help of red laterite. The most important feature of this church is that it is the home to the mortal remains as well as the tomb of St. Francis Xavier.

Church of Mary Immaculate Conception: It is one of the first churches built in the state of Goa. The main alter of this church has been dedicated to Mary Altar. The striking feature of this church is the Chapel of St. Francis Xavier situated on the right side of the main altar.

Church of St. Anne at Tataulim. Ilhas: The brilliant architecture of this church draws in a large number of tourists. The main altar is dedicated to St. Anne. The construction of this church was started by Mons Francisco do Rego and completed by Fr Antonio da Cunha.

St. Catejan Church: This church has been built along the line of the Basilica of St. Peter, which is situated in Rome. The right side of this church has been graced with the altars of St. Cajetan, St. John and St. Agnes and the left side has been graced with the altars of Our Lady of Piety, the Holy Family and St. Claire.

Reis Magos Church: A well known landmark of Goa and it also makes for a popular place of visit.

Church of St. Paul: The two priests responsible for the construction of this church are Miguel Vaz and Diogo de Borba.
